Marimer Hypertonic: Marimer Hypertonic, a natural product is a hypertonical sterile and micro-diffused sea water solution. Naturally rich in mineral salts and marine trace elements. The nasal spray Marimer Hypertonic is recommended for children and adults for the cleansing and decongestioning of the nasal airways, in particular, in case of cold sinusitis and postoperative case. The micro-diffusion system of Marimer Hypertonic and the mechanical effect of the hypertonic water facilitate the drainage of the nasal airways. The cleansing of the nose protects the mucous membrane from the external attacks and also helps the nose to assure its breathing function.
Marimer Hypertonic Baby: Marimer Hypertonic Baby is a hypertonical sterile and micro-diffused sea water solution. Naturally rich in mineral salts and marine trace elements, the nasal spray Marimer Hypertonic Baby is recommended for infant and young child for the cleansing and the decongestioning of the nasal airways, in particular, in case of cold. Marimer Hypertonic Baby allows to decongest the nasal mucosa and facilitates the removal of nasal secretions by natural osmotic effect. Indications/Uses

Dosage/Direction for Use

Marimer Hypertonic: 1 to 2 pulverisations per nostril 1 to 3 times a day depending on needs. Marimer Hypertonic can be used daily for a long period of time.
Marimer Hypertonic Baby: 1 to 2 pulverisation per nostril, preferably before each meal, 1 to 3 times a day depending on needs.

Warnings

Do not use in premature infant. For people suffering from diseases that make the airways narrower, eg asthma, ask the pharmacist or the doctor for advices.

Special Precautions

Clean the nozzle with warm soapy water after each use. Rinse and wipe. Some prickly or transitory irritating sensations can be felt at the beginning of use.

Caution For Usage

Instructions for Use: Marimer Hypertonic: Tilt the patient's head on the side.
Put gently the nozzle in the upper nostril and pulverise Marimer Hypertonic.
Repeat with the other nostril.
Straighten the head in order to let the mucosities drag down, then wipe the excess or blow the nose.
Marimer Hypertonic Baby: It is recommended to lie down the infant, or to place children in a seated or standing position.
Tilt the patient's head on the side.
Put gently the nozzle in the upper nostril and pulverise Marimer Hypertonic Baby.
Repeat the operation with the other nostril.
Straighten the head in order to let the mucosities drag down.
For new-born babies wipe the excess.
Use a baby nasal aspirator in case of strong flow to gently aspirate the mucous secretions.
For young child: ask him to blow the nose.

Storage

Pressurized container: May burst if heated. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces and any other sources of ignition. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/ 122°F.
